1. Data we collect
Omnis collects the minimum Discord data needed to run the product:
- User data: user ID, username, avatar hash
- Server data: guild ID, name, icon, bot settings
- Message content is not stored permanently (discarded after command handling)
2. How we use it
- Dashboard login and permission checks
- Bot features such as tickets, shops, and moderation
- Service quality improvements
3. Retention
If you kick the bot or stop using the service, guild settings are deleted or de-identified. Security logs may be kept for up to 6 months.
4. Sharing
We do not share personal data except where required by lawful process.
